Yeah but other people have seen that movie too and they may think its stupid that we are doing it. We need to come up with a funny song and stick inside jokes (from the whole band) into it, for a cheer, then the chant would mean something to us and it would be funny.

How about "Red light-Green light"?

An assigned person (i.e. Scott) will raise up their arms and the band will cheer and yell and make all kinds of noise then the leader will drop their ams and the band is quiet. (this will repeat within two minuets. OFF and ON thus, RED LIGHT-GREEN LIGHT!)

or a PRHS spellout...
(Cactus yells) SPELLOUT ON 3! 1! 2! 3!
*clap**clap**clap* P!
*clap**clap**clap* R!
*clap**clap**clap* H! *clap* S!
Paso Bearcats! Fight! Fight!! FIGHT!!!

Or maybe a call and response thing like what the flutes do.
those are what I thought up. Any others?

Well I'm glad y'al like the idea of having a chant, but we've only have two days to get one to the band and down for saturday. What do we have that we want to teach the band?
